How a healthy aura aura should lookEvery idea, thought, principle, sensation, emotion, attitude, movement, action or process causes an electric resonance. This resonance forms a field of rarefied electrics which makes an egg-shaped formation extending out to approximately 3 feet all around the body. This is the human aura. Everyone has an electrical frequency and therefore a corresponding colour. The aura, and therefore the colours are never static and depending upon what you are doing or thinking at the time it is possible to have variations in purity, intensity and depth of colour, such as clear and murky, fine and coarse, light and dark.
Can you imagine what it would be like to go for months without showering or changing your clothes? It doesn’t sound very pleasant or healthy does it? Similarly, on an electric magnetic level it is necessary to regularly clean off the electrical ‘pollution’ that can attach to your aura.
The first prerequisite for working with the electrical fields of another human is to be calm and focused because if we are upset or anxious then that will transfer to the client. In order to clean the aura it is necessary to sensitise the hand such that you can feel a sensation similar to ‘pins and needles’ when your hand comes into contact with the edge of somebody’s aura. You then sense with the flat of your hand until you find the ‘edge’ of the aura and when you have made contact move it along the surface of the aura in wiping motions until you can ‘feel’ that the person’s aura is smooth and regular.
(The motion is similar to that of stroking a cat and if you try it on your cat, with your hand about 1 inch away from the fur you may see your cat react strongly. The cat doesn’t have an aura and what you are stroking is the etheric. The etheric, which you may be more familiar with as it is often depicted in religious art, can be seen extending out 2-3 inches all around the body and is the field of energy which depicts the health and vitality of the body itself – the bio-energetic radiation.)
It is important to remember that after each sweep of your hand along the edge of the aura, you should ‘flick’ your hand vigorously away from the person In order to dislodge anything you have wiped off. Therefore it is best to do this work in a room which has been specially prepared with plants and water nearby (both of which absorb the static which is being removed from the aura) or outdoors rather than flicking it loose in the sitting room or bedroom.
At the end of the session, which may last up to 45 minutes you should feel more balanced, energised and at peace as congestion and harmful energies will have been removed and a natural balance restored.
With training and practice your sensitivity will grow and with regular cleaning and aura balancing a large percentage of illness may be prevented from ever getting established in your system. You can also be trained to clean your own aura.
